1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the website, contacting Mesherma Studios through the website, or relying on content available on the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

2. About Mesherma Studios

Mesherma Studios is a branding and marketing agency based in Paramaribo, Suriname. The website presents the studio's services for startups, growth-stage companies, and ambitious organizations, including Brand Strategy, Brand Design, and Brand Experience. The website may also publish thought leadership, insights, case studies, process descriptions, contact information, and portfolio-related materials.

3. Website content is informational

Website content is provided for general information and business development purposes only. It does not create a client relationship, agency engagement, partnership, employment relationship, or binding project commitment unless Mesherma Studios confirms this in a separate written agreement. Service descriptions, timelines, examples, process summaries, and outcomes are illustrative. Final project scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and approval procedures must be agreed in a written proposal, statement of work, quotation, contract, or equivalent agreement.

4. Services and client engagements

Mesherma Studios may provide brand discovery, audits, market and competitor research, positioning, messaging, brand identity design, typography and color systems, brand guidelines, website and UI-related design, campaign concepts, content creation, digital marketing, social media, reporting, and related brand experience services. A project starts only when both parties have accepted the applicable commercial and contractual terms, including any required deposit or onboarding requirement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, website inquiries do not reserve availability or guarantee project acceptance.

5. User submissions and inquiries

When you submit information through email, WhatsApp, forms, social media, or other contact channels, you are responsible for ensuring the information is accurate, lawful, and appropriate to share. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, proprietary, regulated, or third-party materials unless Mesherma Studios has agreed to receive them under appropriate written terms. Mesherma Studios may rely on the information you provide when preparing replies, proposals, or project recommendations.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, including text, visual identity elements, layouts, graphics, copy, process language, service descriptions, images, downloads, and presentation materials, belongs to Mesherma Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share website pages for personal, internal, or evaluation purposes.
